Visited site and meet with tenant. I went over the list that was emailed to us. There are missing cover plates on receptacles. a dryer has been added without a permit.The shed is a 5'x7' and not under our pervue.The fenceing is minor and less than 5% of the total area. The microwave is a ventless system and appears to be correctly installed. |
