SFR in I-1 zone, has rear unattached storage or workshop type building; both buildings have attached structures built without permits (rear on SFR, and N on rear bldg.); property has large amounts of refuse, excessive unscreened storage over 25% of lot area, accumulation of vegetation over 6", and several JMVs: red 2-door and mercedes 4-door in rear yard, sportsman RV and boat trailer in west side yard, and white van, red 2-door, and trailer in front yard. White van and chev pickup are also parked on the front ROW. Property sold in foreclosure as of January 2012 to bank; SFR may still be occupied; water is still active in previous owner's name. |
