At site with Laurie P. We spoke to the tenant, Margarita V. She stated that the power was turned off and she was trying to restore the power. I gave her 24 hours to restore the power and explained the Notice of Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate. Called owner, Steven. Explained the issue of no power, he stated that she was served an eviction notice. He will meet with me tomorrow to see if the power is restored, if not I will shut-down the unit. F/U 5/9/14. |
