I retrieved 4 bandit signs from each quadrant of the intersection. The banner which the complainer identified was for a Sushi restaurant. I spoke face to face with the proprietor and explained that the banner was not permitted to placed on the railing and needed to be removed. He understood and agreed to remove the banner immediately. |
