At site, I spoke to tenant and manager. Water leaks from faust at the tub. Water leaks at the front door from the roof. Rubber cover over the roof and swamp cooler opening, water leaks into the trailer at the hallway and back door. The back door is not an exterior door. There is no molding or trim around the the back door. light can be seen between the door jamb and traialer frame. Rear bedroom window frame broken. Living room frame broken. Water heater name plate states 220-240 volts, but power to the heater is being supplied by a 14 gauge wire. Breakers in panel box are all 15 & 20 amp breakers. Panel box not labeled. No cooling system. F/U 30 days. |
