05/05/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE WHICH WAS ADDRESSED TO THE FRY'S STRIP MALL, AND THE AREA IN QUESTION WAS BEHIND THE FRY'S. I DROVE THE AREA USED FOR DELIVERIES, STORAGE OF STORE MATERIALS, AND PALLETS ETC.. AND FOUND THAT AREA VERY CLEAN. BEYOND THE TALL WALL OWNED BY THE STRIP MALL WAS NOT AN ALLEY BUT A VERY LARGE LOT. I DID FIND WHAT I WILL CONSIDER MINOR DEBRIS AGAINST THE WALL COMPARED TO THE SIZE OF THE LOT. THE LOT WAS PRETTY CLEAN, NO ILLEGAL DUMPING OF FURNITURE OR OTHER DEBRIS.
LATER RESEARCH FOUND THAT THE PROPERTY WAS OWNED BY THE PASQUA YAQUI TRIBE AND NOT BY THE FRY'S OWNERS. WILL CLOSE THIS CASE OUT NO VERIFY AND ASK MARTIN IF WE HAVE JURISDICTION ON THE YAQUI PROPERTY. SPOKE WITH MARTIN, RICK AND TRACY EXPLAINED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS OWNED BY THE YAQUI TRIBE, ALL AGREED THAT WE HAVE NO JURISDICTION. AGAIN CLOSE CASE
NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
