Inspector Navarro called and needs to give court case for tomorrow due to will be at training. Did go to the site and met with the tenant. The court case is for the owner and not against the tenant. Did let the tenant know that the court case is for tomorrow at 2:30 and she was going to tell her husband so he could let the owner know. Did go over the vehicles on the property and the tenant stated that the vehicles belong to them and some relative. The owner of the vehicles will be called by the tenant to remove from the property. There is a vehicle on the front of the property near the chain link fencing that is being worked on and the tenant will have it removed. Did take pictures and went over what belongs to the tenant. Will go to court tomorrow at 2:30 for William Navarrow. RV. |
