Visited site and took pictures from the street never crossing the curbline. While present a man excited the white Volvo car. It appeared he was sleeping in the car, as he exited he was putting his shoes on. He then proceeded to take pictures of me and my vehicle. I informed him I was following up on a complaint I had recieved. He made a comment "You guys never give-up". I continued to take pictures and then left the property. |
