At site I found the property to be secured at the front gate. There is no access to the home. I cannot see a fireplace addition from the property or from aerial map views. The fence between the two properties would be a civil issue between neighbors. I called the complainant and left a message. I'll leave the case open until 5/16/14. If no response, I'll close the case file. F/U 5/16/14. |
