| 05/01/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Visited site, inspected, found as follows,found modifications inside unit, modified door to storage area, electrical being modified, sheetrock, painting.Talked to store manaager Albert Acosta, stated that he was just an employee that was working there and he did not know what modifications they were doing, I then advised him that I was going to put a stop work order in and have the remodel halted till a permit was secured,I then recieved a phone call from the contractor Michael Zapotocky- project manager, discussed in detail the permit process and who to discuss contact, stated that he would keep in contact with me and let me know when permit is secure Discussed with supervision the stop work order placed on property and that the contractor would contact me to let me know in detail . I was asked if the crews could proceed with the work of carpet and painting, was decided to let the crews proceed but that the permit was to be secured prior to finishing door and electrical. |
