Visited site, inspected. found as follows, unit was unsecure, signs of transits living in unit, called management company and discussed the unit being unsecured, also a transit living in the unit, signs of smoking, eating, sleeping, using water closet, black tinge on carpet, called supervision and discussed the conversation with the management company, was determined to go ahaed and have the unit secured. contacted bathcrest and had unit secured, took pictures, will write notice of violation |
