This property contains three businesses, Chipotle, Matress Firm and 5 Guy's Burgers. All three had multiple unpermitted and illegal signs. In addition there were multiple other businesses at the intersection with sign violations. I spoke with a manager at each business and explained the sign code and permitting requirements as well as illegal signs which are note permitted. A subsequent inspection revealed that all businesses had removed all unpermitted and illegal signage until this complaint was reported. I investigated the complaint and found multiple illegal and unpermitted signs at the Matress Firm which included 3 vertical flag signs, 1 inflatable dancing puppet, 1 banner affixed to the north side of the building and 1 decal or magnetic sign on a door at the north side of the building. |
