The south property line of the facility is entirely chain link; approximately 50% had dense plant screening such as oleander, but was cut back in the past year. Some of the plants appear to be dead. There is also slatting in the chain link along approx. 50% of the entire PL. Both of these areas abut the alley in question. NOV to be issued to screen the unslatted portions of the fencing. |
