Saldate explained in depth and at length the violations created, potential hazards that could occur and reviewed options that may be availible to him. Occupant must decided which direction and method to take. Owner stated the importance of his previous out of State and lenghty engagement. Mr. Saldate explained the urgency of abating the hazard and stressed the need to hit a shorter time line. The HOA Managers explained to owner that they want stairs back in compliance, did not recognize the engagement as a reason not to immediatly deal with stairs, they have continue to consult with thier legal team. Rick and I then met after with HOA managers to finalize the direction, time line and any other contingencies that may arise.
