Met with the tenants and did an inspection and found broken window in the rear of the unit, broken rear door, range hood lacking and has exposed wiring where removed, electrical panel not labeled, lacking smoke detectors, the exterior doors not sealed for weatherization, cover plate lacking in the dinning room, closet doors lacking, vent missing in the bathroom, holes in the drywall where the door knob hits the wall, tenants are being shocked when touching the switch to turn off and on, cooler not on, furnace has been tagged by S.W.G. and will do N.O.V. RV. |
