Received call from Juan needing to take a call that commincation called the T.P.D. on site with a car thru building. Arrived and T.P.D. on site where the vehicle from across the street back up and hit the garage on the southwest side of the garage. A truck was hit that was in the driveway and pushed from the impact. The garage door is off the tracks and the rollers have been broken. The king stud and the trimmer have been removed from the header to the garage door opening on the south side. The corner post has been removed with some of the wood siding on the exterior. The main house is OK and the owner will be able to remain on the property. The owner gave permission to have the area secured and place a 4 x 4 to support the header. Bathcrest was called to site to have the property secured. Did take pictures and the owner signed all the paper work. The owner is talking to the neighbor about getting the repairs completed and will be call the insurance. The owner was advised to keep people out of the garage until the contractor gives permission that the area is OK. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
