MET ANGEL AND DENISE AUGASTINE, MANAGER FOR THE TRAILER PARK TO EXPLAIN MY FINDINGS AND WHAT WOULD REQUIRE A INSPECTION. WENT OVER PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, STRUCTURAL, DRYWALL, STUCCO ISSUES. WAS INFORMED BY ANGEL THAT LEE RAY WAS REQUIRING PICTURES AND A VERBAL INFORMATIVE OF ALL CHANGES BEING MADE. I ASKED ANGEL TO CONTACT ME AFTER MEETING WITH LEE RAY TO DETERMINE IF A PERMIT WOULD BE ISSUED. ASKED ANGEL TO CONTACT ME IF THERE WERE ANY SETBACKS.
05/21/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTIIONS FOUND NO CHANGES IN THE PROPERTY AND NO WORK BEING DONE. STRUCTURE REMAINS SECURED AND NO PERMITS FOUND.
