Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a gas line break. Arrived and a vehicle hit the wall to the exterior of the house and pushed in the masonry wall approx. 4" in. The damage was to the living room and the closet to the living room. The exterior srorage room has some damage and not able to open the door to check the damage. The owner was taken to the hospital and T.P.D. had the keys to the unit. Once the unit was checked and took pictures the unit was locked. T.P.D. was going to the hospital to give the keys to the owner. Due to no one on the property to sign the paper work will come back in the morning. Did have a security guard and he was not going to sign the paper work. The owner will be able to stay in the unit but when the work starts she will have to stay somewhere else. The maintenance is aware of the damage and will meet tomorrow. RV. |
