10/22/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Contacted by TPD Sergeant Carrales about the property at 3562 S Clark Ave. Met Sgt Carrales at the location and found two vacant units that look in poor condition, all door were locked and the windows have bars on them or were boarded, as Sgt Corrales and I was check the other unit and a number of unknow people ran from the rear unit, as we cam back to the rear unit we found a door to be open that was locked when we first checked the door. Called Bathcrest to come out and secure the back door and to cut away a wall so people could not camp out in that area, have contacted Arcadia to give a bid on cleaning the property it has overgrown vegetation and trash. Was asked to go over to Pueblo High School and talked too the Principal and to let him know what are plan of action would be and that is to secure the property get it cleaned up and move it to are VANS progam.
04/23/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector Martin Mendoza had power cut at the pole for 3562 S. Clark ave. due to a dead tree up rooted & leaning on the main feeders coming from pole, 110 feeding 2 units.
