Dilapidated and vacant structure ; windows and doors boarded over 6 months; interior damaged. This is a nuisance property with several previous TPD visits for vandalism and trespassing. Property was not repaired demolished under previous case with previous owner (this property has a new owner as of 10/08/13). Accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property. Chain link fencing is in bad condition, but is secure. Wood and bamboo covering on chain link fence is dilapidated. |
