Met with the tenant and they have rats from the unit in the rear and are not in the house. She stated that by the water heater she has seen rats. Did check the water heater and found no rats but did see where the element cover is loose, the drain line to the T.P.R. is lacking, the opening for the electrical connection is not covered properly, no cold water shut off valve and the power flex is on the exterior of the house and the enclosure and not rated for exterior use. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
