The house was vacant and secured. Did talk to the new tenants that are moving into the house. They have to clean before they can move back in. They were not sure if they could get the yard clean due to the amount of work required on the interior to move into the house. The property has tall grass and weeds and will send the N.O.V. to the owner. RV. |
