Visited site, inspected, found as follows, refuse and debris thruout the mobile home, contacted the home owner that was inside unit, explained to him that i was going to have to condemn unit and that a supervisor would be at the residence, called suprvisor and had him view residence, upon arrival determined that the living conditions along with no water, refuse and debris in unit was enough to warrant a condemnation, called adult protective services and met on site, determined that the were going to place him and start the process of cleaning the unit and repairing unit,wrote condemnation violation and had owner sign and gave a copy to him, will follow up in thirty days |
