03/18/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND ALL 6 YARD CONTAINERS OVER FLOWING WITH GARBAGE, AND TRASH AND DEBRIS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PROPERTY FENCE. COMPLAINT FORM STATED JUDE BLUE AT E.S. WOULD SENT OUT A COMMERCIAL E.S. INSPECTOR FOR THAT ISSUE.
** CHECKED THE POOL FENCING AND RAILINGS. ALL POOL FENCING AND RAILINGS ON THE WALKWAYS ARE ORIGINAL WITH SPACING BETWEEN UPRIGHTS 4-FIVE INCHES APART. ALSO THE WEST POOL HAD A 4 FT METAL MESH TACKED TO THE POOL FENCING MANY YRS AGO. THE EAS POOL IS EMPTY AND GATES ON BOTH POOLS ARE CHAINED AND LOCKED TO PREVENT ENTRY.
**CHECKED FOR A ROTTED BEAM ON BUILDING K, FOUND DBL 2" X 10" BOLTED TOGETHER AND A 2" X 12" PIECE NAILED TO THE DOUBLER WHICH ACTED AS THEIR BEAM AND PROPERLY BUILT THE 2 X12 WAS STARTING TO ROT AT ONE END BUT NOT AFFECTING THE STRENGTH OF THE DOUBLE 2 X10 OR THE STRUDINESS OF THE WALKWAYS.
** DID FIND SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES MAINLY WITH DEBRIS THRU OUT THE COMPLEX AND BLOCKING EXITS FROM THE UNITS. SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE AND ASKED IF HE WHATED TO ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES AND HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.
