The tenant called and the water has been turned back on. Arrived and the water was turned on at the valve at the house. The toilet was running and not able to stop the water from flowing due to the float is not turning the water off unless you give it pressure. Did show the tenant what has to be done and she will have it done. The owner is out of town. Due to the water being turned back on, the tenant will be allowed to stay in the house. At this time the tenant will be able o remove the sign postings. Will call the owner and let section 8 know. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
