I spoke with management and the tenant without power will be evicted on 03-19-14 per court order. I explained that I would give the person 48 hours to restore the electricity which would be the 18th due to the weekend. Since there would only be one more day until the tenant will be removed by the Constable I told her I would not post a notice but rather allow her court order to prevail. |
