After more research was done on the property, I found that owner had laid a slab in the right away with out permits, also found that a gas line was ran from the meter to the northwest corner of the property, also has some issue's with water heater, then notice that the exterior had some electrical issue's and a shed without permit's was built on property. I will be sending notice with 30 days to comply. |
