04/01/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector smith and I visited the site and spoke with the owner. She is in process of cleaning up the area. We suggested to her to consolidate the storage to be able to determine the 25% rule. We also pointed out the refuse she was keeping.
03/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Court Hearing - compliance: Ms Gusuftason was in court today. The Judge issued a court order to abate the property of refuse and debris. Ms Gusuftafson will notify me in 2 weeks of progress.
03/18/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No progress has been made with the clean-up to abate since last inspection. Took pictures for court.
03/03/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Court hearing: Ms. Gusuftason did not show up and was found in default. The judge issued fines and a compliance hearing was set for 03-19-2015.
03/03/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to deliver a copy of the court paperwork. I spoke with the occupant and he stated that Ms Gustafson was not present. I posted the paper work on the window and took pictures.
03/02/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Very small amount of refuse removed. More vehicles added. Refuse still in back of vehicles. More than 25% still present. Took pictures for court.

10/07/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site and found no progress to remove or abate. There are now vehciles being stored in the front of the property.
06/02/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited sit and took pictures to compare to last visit. I discussed this case with M. Romero. Wok has not progressed. No vehicles have left the property and we are still in excess of 25% of the yard. Refuse has been moved around and placed in the back of vehicles but not removed. I was instructed to write a citation for this case.
05/07/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I spoke on the phone with the owner. She asked for an extention to 05-30-2014. I mailed a 2nd copy of the NOV.
04/04/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Revisited site as advised by T Williams. Took photos from truck bed over wall. I found there is approximately eleven motor vehicles and 2 RV's. There is storage along with refuse and debris through out the back yard. Follow-up within 30 days.
