Inspector Pumphrey and myself met with tenant today at 09:00. There were multiple violations at the unit. After the inspection I spoke with the property owner/landlord and explained there were issues which needed to be addressed and resolved. I told her I would send a notice of violation itemizing the violations and a time line to come into compliance. |
