A poured cement ramp was installed in place of steps up to the front door; the slope is about 12" in height x 7' in length which would normally require handrails in an area of public accommodation per the ADA (and regulated by the ADA) however they do not cover strictly residential private apartments and homes, per title III of the ADA. |
