**SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO EXPLAINED THAT THE SMALL AMOUNT OF DRYWALL DID NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT BUT I WAS ASKED TO INSPECT THE REPLACING AND NAIL OFF WHICK WAS CORRECTLY SCREWED OFF, TAPED AND TEXTURED. WE AGREED THAT THE CASE COULD BE CLOSED BECAUSE OF THE WORK COMPLETED AND UNIT REMAINING VACANT.

03/20/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved INPSECTION PER REQUEST FROM THE HOMEOWNER FOUND UNIT HAD BEEN COMPLETELY CLEANED OUT AND 2+ SHEETS OF DRYWALL REMOVED AND REPLACED. HE ASKED I INSPECT THE DRYWALL AND I FOUND DRYWALL REPLACED AND NAIL OFF CORRECT. REMAINDER OF UNIT IS TO BE CLEANED, AND FIRST WASH COMPLETED, TWO ADDTIONAL CLEANING ARE REQUIRED. EXPLAINED TO OWNER THAT ELECTRICAL AND GAS RECONNECTS WOULD REQUIRE A PERMIT FROM DSD WHICH OWNER KNEW ABOUT BUT NOT WANTING TO SECURE YET DUE TO COSTS.
