When I called the complaint he was unaware of why I was calling. When I vivited the site and meet with him he still did not understand the issues. I did find Grass and weeds in excess of 6" and refuse and debris on the property. The tenant showed me the electrical service and I found hazardous electrical items. Assessor detail show this as a triplex but we only have two electric meteres and two gas meters. |
