THERE ARE WEEDS I THE FRONT YARD MOSTLY BELOW OR AT 6 INCHES, AND THEN FEW ARE TALLER THAT 6 INCH. THE MAJOR PERCENT OF HOUSES ON THE STREET ARE VERY WELL MANICURED WHICH IS WHY WE PROBABLY RECEIVED THE COMPLAINT.
** I DID CONTACT SAFEGUARD PROPERTIES, SPOKE TO ROWLAND IN THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPT. WHO CONFIRMED THEY STILL HAVE THE HOUSE ON THEIR LIST AND WILL PRODUCE A WORK ORDER FOR THE BANK TO TRY TO GET THE PROPERTY CLEANED. HE SHOWS THE PROPERTY CLEANED ON 10/2013. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
