02/26/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved I visited the property today and found it in a good state of repair overall. The front yard was clean and free of refuse and debris. The vegetation was not overgrown and there were no weeds or grass. There was a blue 90 gallon recycle container in the front as well. There was a Chevrolet Suburban parked on the east side of the residence and in front of it on the side of the house was and older pickup truck. The truck may or may not be operable however it is not readily and not a blight issue. I drove through the alley behind the house and it too was clean and free of any debris, weeds, graffiti and any other violations. The perimeter yard wall/fence was tall enough I could not see over however I could see vehicles through gaps in a gate. I did confirm the home has water service however TEPCO advised that the power had been disconnected due to tampering with the meter. I did not knock on the door at this time due to information provided by the complainant.
