What is compliant: front bathtub drain repaired; tiles replaced on tub, show drain and fixture repaired, laundry room globe replaced, ceiling fan repaired, skylight repaired, vent added to water heater, refuse in carport removed. In progress: water heater still needs permit, kitchen faucet (need water on), fan in bathroom and bathroom light switch (need elec on), smoke detectors (need additional and some require batteries), RWOP attached carport (needs permit and setback approval - in process).
