There are three dilapidated, vacant and neglected residential buildings with graffiti on them. This property has been vacant for several years with the last water service account terminated in 2003, thereby suggesting it's been unoccupied for 10-11 years. All three structures are boarded and in varying stages of disrepair. I will send an NOV to the owner for the graffiti and forward the property address to the VANS program for evaluation on it's inclusion. |
