There is a dedicated alley/ROW on the western boarder of the lot and much of the debris will fall on the responsibility of the adjoining apartment complex to the west. There was some debris and refuse visible from the alley however I was unable to see the entire property without trespassing. I will send the listed owner an NOV for the visible refuse and to include any other refuse located on the property. |
