The are not the people listed as the members of the LLC. and have lived on the property for approx. 14 years. The people that were listed were the one who had moved from the property and was sold to the current owners. These owners have nothing to do with the property in any way and knew nothing of the property. Did take Rick Saldate my supervisor to check the property and at this time the case can wait until another call comes for the same issues. At this time there is not enough to have the case cleaned by a contractor from the posting and publication. Due to the property is in forclosure, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
06/26/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the listed address of the member of the property of the LLC. No one home and left a card on the door. Will wait for a call from the memer listed as in-charge of the property. RV.
06/23/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Nothing has been done on the cleaning of the property. Did make contact with the person who cleaned the property the last time and was told that the property is in foreclosure. Will try and find out what bank has the property. The property is LLC and will go the the members house to check on the status of the property. RV.

Some one has done tractor work by the stop sign where the area has been cleaned only in that area where digging has been done and filled back up. Will check in 20 days. RV.
