Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, heavily smoke damaged, ceiling, joists,electrical,plumbing were damaged. Contacted owner, wrote notice of violation, explained the process of notice of violation, time lines, extensions, inspection fees, citation, he under stood, had him sign notice and gave a copy of violation also condemned unit and he signed condemnation notice and gave copy. took pictures and will give ninety days to abate. |
