Visited property today. There was a roll-off in the front yard and a man cleaning up the property. I asked if he was the owner and he said he was not. He stated he thought it was recently purchased at an auction which does ring true as there was a Trustee's Sale scheduled for 04-02-14 at Superior Court. Case closed. |
