I went to the site today and attempted to use the gate code which was supplied however it would not give me access. As a person left the compound I drove through the open gate and was able to visit the address in question. There was no code violation at the residence. The rear yard was visible from the sidewalk and I was able to see many plants and other everyday personal property including a gas BBQ grill. No violation. |
