Was called out to a house fire, found that Plumber was soldering in the restroom and somehow the fire started there. The restroom was a total loss, wall, ceiling, electrical, wood framing, some plumbing. There was also some damage to the ceiling and carpet in the hallway, master bathroom had damage to the wall and ceiling possible electrical. Smoke damage though out the upstairs. Electricity at breaker was turned off and gas was pined, property was posted unfit to occupy. follow up 60 days |
