The 2 vehicles which are not covered have current registration and appear operable. 1 of the 2 has the hood removed however it does have current tags and no other indication that it is inoperable. I will attempt phone contact with the listed owner to ascertain whether the vehicles are operable or not and advise on the car cover requirement in the code for vehicles being stored. |
