Inspection found 3 issues with the property. One the shed that was built with permit has had a roof placed on top of it which is attached to main house. There was another shed that is attached to the roof that is under 200 Sqf but is attached. There is also a awning type cover that is not attached to the house but is in the front, will need a zoning approvel for it to stay. |
