I was allowed access into unit 727 and took pictures. This unit has the same conditions as the other units. I observed water damage to the ceiling in the rear bedroom. The bedrooms were missing smoke detectors. The hallway smoke detector was not to working. The water heater is cord connected. The base of the cabinet under the sinks appears to have water damage. The bath exhaust fan has exposed wires and missing the fan portion. There appears to be rust damage in the sub-panel. |
