Found unit occupied lacking utilities; trailer is not connected to sewer and had been used, spilling sewage onto ground; occupants stated they intend to buy unit and were merely cleaning unit and someone accidentally used facilities. Occupants immediately started cleaning and removing area where sewage had spilled; MH was posted and NOV issued to management. |
