Site inspection showed active taxi service at liquor store location; C1 zoning does not allow for this type of business (land carrier). No vehicles blocking apparent easement at this time, but any additional vehicles in this area would do so. Maps show there is a privately owned parcel that is used as access to properties, with an assumed easement to the south which crosses through this parcel to the north. NOV will be issued to owners of taxi service to discontinue operation of business. |
