Splice was taken from one plug pole to power 120v box for the washer and extension cords. All wires exposed and unsecured. Breaker shut off to eliminate hazard. 0 day NOV given for removal of circuit and electrical run. Electrical run removed per Supervior on site. Lifeline is spliced and unprotected on the ground at the bottom of the structure near the washer. Shade structure over the washer and dryer is 2x4 construction and is deteriorated. Also is not contected in one area. Fascia on the south side of the building is extremely deteriorated and lacks paint protection. |
