Met with the father of the owner who is living in the house and doing the yard sales. He has lost his job and doing the yard sales for expenses. Did go over that he needs to meet with zoning if can be approved and do the home occupation. Gave phone numbers to call zoning and will check on the business license. He was having the yard sales on Fri. and Sat. with some Sun. depending on what was left from the days before. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
