Manager confirmed the tenant did have numerous holes in the walls inside his apartment, all of which he either caused himself or allowed someone else to create the damage. The manager stated that the tenant is being uncooprative about access to the unit for repairs. She stated further that the tenant has failed to pay rent and eviction proceedings are pending. She also stated the property has a professional pest control company on contract and the property is treated monthly. In addition residents are supplied pest control agents upon request which they may use between regular treatrments. Newspapers found inside the wall spaces are not a code violation. |
